Join Living Maps as we welcome the arrival of spring and a time of perfect balance between day and night! During this class we will honour the return of spring and the balance of darkness and light by moving through a series of both sun salutations and moon salutations from the Yoga tradition, guided contemplative writing exercises on the role of Yin and Yang energy in our lives, and a 20 minute silent meditation.
