May New Moon Yoga, Meditation + Writing

Join us for the May New Moon for a special 2 hour guided practice including the Moon Salutations, Guided Meditation and contemplative writing exercises. The New Moon is a time of rest and contemplation where we gather our energies and plant seeds for the month ahead.  Working with the moon phases is a way of staying connected to our intuition, a way to remember the most important moments of the past months, a time to slow down and reflect, and to consider the important changes, themes and lessons that are unfolding in our lives.

Wednesday May 24th 8 – 10pm
This class is offered on a sliding scale of $15 – 30
